Nicole Guerra has over 15 years of experience managing diverse engineering and construction projects in the energy, transportation, and infrastructure sectors. Ms. Guerra has been involved in the conceptual planning, cost estimating, execution planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and management of major projects in diverse industries. She has held key account management positions providing superior global project management support for companies such as Shell Pipeline Company, Claunch & Miller, Texas Petrochemicals, Aker Solutions Subsea, and FMC Technologies. At Synergen, Ms. Guerra performs forensic review and analysis of financial, strategic, technical, and commercial aspects of major engineering and construction projects and commercial transactions. Ms. Guerra holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, in addition to an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tulane University.
